Even though Elsa's resolve is weaker than Jack, he believes that Elsa is the one that can only defeat Pitch once and for all. And so he helps prepare Elsa towards the future full of infinite possibilities. Unknowingly falling for her in the process. All they need is Jack's frozen heart to warm the Snow Queen's frozen soul.
