Over the year, he fell deeper and deeper into depression. Mikaela knew Yuichiro was happy with his new friends, so he didn't talk to his brother to try to fix things. To try to fix the rift that was growing between them. One day, Mikaela couldn't take it anymore and tried to take his own life, but was saved by his brother. I got the idea from a Mikayuu/Yuumika story called "Don't Forget About Me" by @YuumikaHell. Please read this story if you liked mine. It's not completely the same, just the main plot (Yuu dating Shinoa and forgetting Mika). Their story is extremely good, so go read it. I should've credited them from the beginning, but I was just starting to write fanfiction so I forgot to credit them. This story is one of my most popular books, so crediting the inspiration behind it makes sense.
