Naruto is sick. Terribly sick. He had found a new world after the first time but now it's seems that he may lose it all when His teammates start to get suspicious. What happen's when Naruto's friend's from this other world are threatened and when some of his friend's from Konohagakure find out and what will they think about his illness.

A confused and betrayed Naruto accepts an invitation to join the Akatsuki and meets a couple new friends and teammates but also meets a new enemy and reincounters old ones. will he go back to Konoha or stay with the Akatsuki

Everything was going well after the Attack on Konoha. Everyone was giving a helping hand but as Sakura Remembered the incident she couldn't help but feel weak and decided to do something about it. She walked through the town and knocked on the blondes apartment and asked him if he wanted to help her train. After arriving at the training grounds and training for a couple of hours something happens.
