After a short time adventuring a mountainside with her classmates and chaperones, Rinryu learns things that get her in trouble and end up being the end of her. Will her new adventures as something less then fruitful lead her to peace? Or will it be a road into further animosity and agony?

Amythist is trying to cope with sharing her room with a full grown man, hiding her ability to manipulate metal, and do good in school, all to just live the normal ways she's been living. The minute her family and home town is targeted however, she has to throw it all away. Was that for the better? Or did being revealed as the freak she was making the situation worse?

After fighting in World War 3 as a child soldier, Fuyu spends years trying to get over the trauma it had caused her.
