Undertale es el nuevo pais de la superficie que comparte los mostruos y humanos. Después de que Frisk logrará liberar a los monstruos del subterráneo, estos trataron de integrarse de nuevo con los humanos, pero estos aun siguen desconfiando de los mostruos. ¿Pero que pasaría si un humano y un monstruo se enamoran? Quizás para los monstruos es algo muy bello, pero para los humanos un crimen. Mettaton conoció el amor gracias a una humana, y no dejará que se la alejen de él fácilmente.
