(My first book so hope you guys enjoy) This is the story (my perception of the story) of Batman's second Robin, Jason Todd. After being brutally beaten to death by Joker, and the revived by a change in reality, Jason went out of his mind and started doing things his way, not Batman's. Instead beating and busting the bad guys, he mercilessly kills them. He uses guns, lethal force, many things he was not trained to use. What would happen if The Redhood met young justice? I genuinely want to know, this will be about what happens when they meet. I do not own redhood or young justice (sadly) but I did make up some of the storyline.

On Halloween night, Scarecrow forces the civilians to evacuate Gotham City after threatening to unleash his potent new fear toxin. Leaving just the criminals and the GCPD. The Dark Knight along with his partners decide to take matters into their own hands to stop Scarecrow and the rest of the villains running around. Including a mysterious new guy that claims he knows everything about Batman and has a whole army to back him up. "Hazel." "What?" "My name." I swallowed hesitantly, afraid to shatter the silence between us anymore than I already had, "It's Hazel." The silence of the night made it seem as if someone breathing too loud could make the silence shatter into a million pieces. My voice was no exception, and I was terrified that if I spoke to loud, even one word, the it would shatter, along with everything in the room. The silence seemed to make my voice feel smaller than it was, so when I finally heard his footsteps again, it shocked me to hear how loud and distinctive each one was, as if the silence broke just for him. As if he ruled the silence. It's as if he didn't even view the silence as fragile, but a force that he had to over come. What happens when both of these are proved wrong? His life has a lot of shadows and few light.
