The Avengers, while on the hunt to bring down all of the HYDRA bases around the world, come upon another agency with equally as evil intentions. While they infiltrate this agency named Cerberus, they find a young girl who was taken at a young age and was experimented on by them. Strangely enough, she has wings. Unsure of her identity and her wings, they take her in while they continue their hunt for Hydra and now, their hunt for Cerberus. The Avengers didn't expect how much this winged girl would change their lives.

I love black roses, they're beautiful. But no one sees them the way I do. A black rose is something that is so beautiful, that you forget how dark it is, something that seems so delicate, that you forget how much pain it can cause. Something that seems so good, you forget that it's evil. I like to think of myself as a black rose, I look one way, but am truly another. I am not A black rose, I am THE black rose, the unspoken member of the avengers, then again, who would want to spread news of a monster, at least that what I think of myself. Jade Tarrow is only nineteen and she's already broken every bone in her body nine times. So her personal life (and that of her friends) is a pretty "hush-hush" situation.
