While trying to catch the gnome that took his hat, Dipper runs into Bill Cipher's statue, and accidentally shakes his hand, releasing Bill and his powers back into Gravity Falls. But that isn't the only mysterious event that's happening. Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford are keeping something from the twins.
