Karmagisa. That's all I have to say. This story is about what if Nagisa is actually a girl however the doctors told Nagisa's mom that she is a boy. So Nagisa is still treated the same by her mom and still looks the same. Her father is the only one who knows she is a girl because she still wears the boy uniform and everything.
