Captain America/Avengers fanfic Private Jessica Liberty is found in the ice a couple of days before the Avengers' party with Loki. SHIELD brings her in, and melts the ice around her, but she doesn't wake up, which could do with the fact that she wasn't administered the Super Soldier Serum. Captain Steve Rogers remembers her. She was always with him, which earned her the unofficial title as his sidekick. They were best friends. But why was she in the ice? Everest was once used as a testing experiment for Hydra. She was called энергия meaning energy due to the blue energy she released.
