There is a story passed down for generations. It was a story of a great fight in between the Gods and Goddesses. Many humans lost their lives. Only one deity was lost but with her death, the war had ended. Many do not care for this story but I do. My name is Lydia Marie Hansen and my life is complicated. I don't see glitter and sunshine. I lost my parents at a young age and my sister is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I go to a school full of bullies and I just can't take it anymore. At my high school graduation, something happens and I decide that's it. I threw myself into a lake attempting to drown. But why am I still alive and where am I? I thought I lived a pathetic life until I stood before the master of the underworld himself, Hades. He has a hard demeanor plastered on his face, but is there something else to him? Follow my story as I start my new life living with the God of the Underworld against his will.

Grabbing my arm, he forces me to my feet. Roughly, he binds my hands together and leaves a long strand of rope which he attaches to his own wrist. "Now, you're going to tell me how to find my brother," he orders. "And why would I do that, James?" "Actually, it's Captain. Captain Hook." Seizing the front of my shirt, he yanks me towards him so our faces are only a few inches apart. My dark flashing eyes meet his cold blue gaze. "You will do as I say or pay the price." Synopsis: Jimmy has been the guardian of Neverland longer than she can remember. She thinks solitude suits her well as the magical island is carefully guarded from outside worlds. However, one day, a strange boy washes up on the shore. His complicated past, uncertain future, and outlaw brother threaten Jimmy's sanctuary. I couldn't put my phone down! Your story is very engaging and amazing!" "I found the book very creative, the idea of setting it in Neverland yet changing the characters from their traditional roles is a great idea. The plot is gripping and interesting. It is full of dramatic surprises and great characters that make the book suspenseful and fun to read." "I love your take on Neverland. Adding Greek mythology was really a nice touch. Jimmy is an unusual character and she seems very opinionated (in a good way), and is very relatable...I love this book!"
