After the defeat of Slappy and his monsters, peace finally return to Madison once again. One beautiful day, Zach, Hannah, Champ, Aunt Lorraine, Zach's mom and Stine went to the woods for a quick hike. Until Zach decided to go further... which leads him to find a mysterious book that was buried between the roots from a tree at the bottom of the lake.
