Irgendwas ist merkwürdig an der Yomiyama-Mittelschule. Das spürt der neue Schüler Koichi ganz deutlich. Es gibt seltsame Geistergeschichten an der Schule, eine Mitschülerin scheint für die anderen gar nicht zu exestieren und seine Klassenkameraden sollen eine ganz besondere Beziehung zum Tod haben. Anscheinend will aber niemand offen darüber reden. Als er versucht, Licht ins Dunkle zu bringen, wird die Sache nur noch mysteriöser.
