»ʙᴜᴛ ɪ ᴡɪʟʟ ᴀʟᴡᴀʏꜱ ʙᴇ ᴊᴜꜱᴛ ʏᴏᴜʀ ꜱᴇᴄᴏɴᴅ ᴄʜᴏɪᴄᴇ« River never had an easy life. Her family was broken, her home nothing more than empty walls. That was until Jacob Black came along, and she fell headfirst in love with him. For one perfect year, her life felt whole. Then Bella Swan returned to Forks. Jacob changed. Every word, every thought revolved around Bella, until he broke River's heart for the chance to be with her. Left behind and shattered, River vanished from his life. Three months later, she sees him again and everything shifts. Jacob is taller, broader, his hair cut short, running with Sam Uley's inner circle. He's different in ways she doesn't understand. But the moment their eyes meet, something snaps into place. Suddenly he looks at her like she's the only thing that exists, like leaving her was never truly a choice at all. But how could she ever trust him again? After he left her behind. After he reopened the darkness she'd fought so hard to escape.

Evelyn Swan is not Charlie's daughter. Whoever her real father was had abandoned her when she was born to Renee, but Charlie stepped up to the plate. 16 years later, Evelyn and her half-sister, Bella, move back to Forks. However, not all is well in Evelyn's world. Evelyn needs to know who her real father is. She needs to figure out what the Cullens know about him, and what they're hiding. She also needs to figure out how long she can keep pushing Jacob Black away. Sophomore year sucks. - [TWILIGHT - Book/Movie 1] [JACOB BLACK X OC] [DISCLAIMER: I do not own the Twilight Saga, only Evelyn and her plotlines.]

He never could anticipate Slade, the apprenticeship lasted longer than he would like, and he finally got away. He was seeking refuge with the bat, when some unexpected people came into his life. A seven chapter story that takes you deeper into what it's like to deal with trauma. NO ONE HAS PERMISSION TO REPOST MY STORY ON ANY PLATFORM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - if my stories are anywhere but Wattpad or Tumblr then it's not from me. Fair warning, it is a heavy story where a character is dealing with PTSD so if you're sensitive don't read, but I have almost all of my coping mechanisms by reading fanfic so this just might help. Credit to DC for characters. Story is my brain child.

When Sophie Swan moves to Forks with her younger sister Bella for her final year of high school, she expects rain, quiet days, and being seen only as the new girl. She does not expect Emmett Cullen. Emmett is impossible to ignore. He is warm when he should be distant, playful when he should not care, and protective in ways Sophie cannot explain. One moment he draws her in, the next he pulls away, leaving her with more questions than answers. From the beginning, Sophie feels a pull toward him she cannot name, something steady and inescapable, like gravity itself. The closer they grow, the heavier it becomes. Forks is full of secrets, and Emmett Cullen is one of them. Sophie is determined to uncover the truth, even if it means stepping into a world she never meant to be part of. Some forces are stronger than choice. Some connections cannot be escaped. Disclaimer: I do not own Twilight or its characters. All original characters and the Twilight universe belong to Stephenie Meyer. I only own my original characters, including Sophie Swan, Amber Robinson, Ella Hastings, Connor Burns, and Kyle Evans. For a long moment, he didn't respond. The glow of the valley reflected in his eyes, giving them a molten intensity I couldn't read. Then he leaned slightly closer, just enough that his breath brushed my cheek. "You... are testing me," he said, voice low, a growl threading his words. "And I... I cannot let you go. Not now." The words, the proximity, the weight of him against the glow of the valley... it made my heart hammer and my chest ache all at once. I could feel the restraint still there, barely holding back, but the tension was palpable. "Good," I whispered, voice husky, trying to keep my own control. "Because I'm not going to make it easy for you either."

"Words, Ka'riya," he said quietly. "I need words." My throat worked before sound followed. Heat crept up my neck, settling in my cheeks, and I looked away despite myself. "Yes," I said. "I am sure."

As the Sky People return and the balance of Eywa begins to fracture, Tireya of the Tayrangi moves through her days as she always has, serving, healing, protecting, never hesitating. She is fearless in the air, unyielding on the ground, and bound by duty to her clan. Then a stranger steps into her path. A lone shadow warrior-clanless, carrying the weapons of the Sky People despite the Na'vi blood in his veins-moves through the forest like something half-forbidden, half-unchained. He does not bow. He does not flee. He watches her as though she is both a threat and the truth. "You should not stand so close," she tells him once, voice sharp, pulse louder than the forest. He leans nearer anyway, breath grazing her ear. "Then stop reaching for me." Every encounter is wrong-too quiet, too charged, too aware. Their hands never touch, yet she feels him everywhere. His restraint is violent. Hers is breaking. As the resistance grows and the land begins to bleed, Tireya is forced to fight beside the one man she cannot afford to want-someone without a clan, without a place, without permission to look at her like that.
