Severus Snape returns after many years away. While attending a gala of sorts, he spots a witch and finds himself inexplicably drawn to her. It takes several people a good while to talk him into trying before he walks over to Hermione Granger, hopefully with enough confidence to tell her. As always, I do not own the characters. Hermione falls headfirst into the Ministry's new Mandated Dating Service, following the passing of a glorified Marriage law. Her plans of finding a "tolerable man with whom she can coexist", are quickly foiled when three men earn her favor. The Catch, however, is that their identities are to remain hidden until a marriage agreement has been arranged. Who will Hermione choose? Will her decision change after she learns the identities of her three suitors?

Marriage Law Trope! Hermione and Severus are forced into a marriage 13 years after they last saw one another. Lots of banter, mutual attraction, naughty toddler Albus Severus. Harry and Ginny help Hermione see that Severus is not the man she remembers from childhood. Spicy!

Our beloved pairing, Severus/Hermione come together in a somewhat explosive, hilarious way. Eventually they find that despite how different they may appear on the surface, they have shared passions that just might make love bloom between them both. A Mature Romance.

The War is over, everyone is moving on. The future is, indeed, looking brighter than it has in years. Just like everyone else, Hermione is making plans, breathing easy, trying to let go of the past. Then she suffers a catastrophic loss and goes into hiding again, this time to seek vengeance for her loss. Only to stumble across a Potions master the world thought was dead. Severus Snape has done many stupid things in his life. Too many to count. The only thing he didn't anticipate was that his recent mistake would lead him to growing horns and a tail. But how the fuck was he supposed to know that the rose he'd intended to pick was guarded by a prickly fairy? Bloody fairies...they always took everything so seriously. Long story short, the entire castle got affected by the spell. The only good thing in this mess was that it happened in the summer holidays, meaning no students were present. The bad news...he had to get someone to fall in love with him. Soon. A pretty impossible task considering that the enchantment made the entire world forget about Hogwarts and its professors.
