Charlett is a 21 year old ninja who is the daughter of the head of strongest of 8 Noble clans, the Hi no ōkami Clan. During the most important mission of her life, given to her by her mother, she meets her clans greatest enemy- a member of the second most strongest of the 8 clans. Yukino is the illgetimate daughter of the future head of the Kōri no Kuma clan. These two are ordered to kill the member of the other clan on sight. but instead they team up to finish their shared mission, unfortantely for them, the head of the clan they are supposed to kill is a 6 year old. They take the girl, instead of killing her, and raise her as if she were their own. But this causes their families to hunt them down and try to kill the three of them. With help from a secret organization, they escape and figure out how to be good parents and still complete mission given to them by the organization.
