Zudem verfügt Eleanor über besondere Fähigkeiten, die nahezu selten sind. Trotz später Ausprägung und einer großen Ungewissheit ihrer Macht versuchen die Todesser, sie für sich zu gewinnen. Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob ihr Plan aufgehen wird oder ob Eleanor entgegen der Erwartung aller den Guten zur Seite stehen wird. In jedem Fall wird ihre Entscheidung den Verlauf der Geschichte der gesamten magischen Welt beeinflussen.
