Lauren is an introverted first-year student at the University of Durban. She comes from a very strict home so she knows better than to mess around with boys or do anything that is not related to schoolwork until she finishes her degree. With the pressure from her experienced roommate Kate and temptations of a good looking popular guy called Tobi, she finds it hard to keep the promises she made to her parents and her older sister Monica.
