River Song has always wanted the chance to know her husband better, but not even River can ever truly know the Doctor, an elusive and impossible man who has lived so many lives across time and space...But maybe the TARDIS has other ideas. So lets put aside love crossed time lines and paradoxes. This is what happens when River Song meets every single incarnation of the Doctor. "....When I look at the Doctor, I see my Doctor, that skinny bow tie, fez wearing, impossible, mad man with a box, the kindest and daftest person, who with a sudden "nose bopping" smile can make me go all fluttery and weak at the knees...But I know he can be cruel sometimes, I have felt his wrath, a lonely God who does not like endings. And then there are times when I think I have only scratched the surface that I have never really known the Doctor at all when I remember his many lives that have gone before. The Doctor is a legend, a reluctant hero to so many but also a feared tyrant to others, I sometimes wonder if he ever envisaged his life turning out like this when he ran away from his people all those years ago? But I don't delve too far back into his past, I'm the Doctor's wife, not his biographer...."

"Never Fade From Me" is the unseen story of the life and times of River Song and the Doctor. Ever wondered what happened to River Song after she faded from the Doctor on Trenzalore? Though River died long ago and became an "echo" could such a brave, complex and passionate woman just simply fade away and give up the love of her life so easily? This is what happens next in the love story of River Song and the eleventh Doctor. "...everybody lives..." But the memory of that day kept running through her head and like a child still clinging on to a dream she could not believe that this was the end and wanted to believe in one last miracle because that's how it felt all those times when she had ran with the Doctor. Though of course it wasn't the whole story because for all the good days with the Doctor, there must also be the bad and as River Song learned in the most cruellest possible way, nothing lasts forever and no matter how fast you run, hanging onto the coat tails of the Doctor, it can't save you because time along with its constant companion death will always catch up with you in the end. River Song was dead. Though it wasn't as straightforward and simple as that, nothing ever was with the Doctor...
