The serious about this news is: Class trip to Italy, sponsored By no other than Vongola Nono and Vongola Decimo, who is in fact the Dame-student of this class. The risky thing is the possibility to reveal the fact that he is the Vongola Decimo. There is important meeting and event in Italy at the time of class trip and Tsuna doesn't want to take the risk of possible attacking and the classmates in danger.
