Georgie Talbot is a nerd. She gets bullied daily, but does nothing to stop it. One day, a creepy man who is neither a murderer, rapist or stalker (she checked) approaches her. He needs her help. His son, Breton Joel, needs to be saved within 45 days. Georgie says yes, and with that her impossible mission begins. Breton Joel is a bad boy. He's never met Georgie, never heard of her. If he has seen her, it would have been that one time he knocked her down in the hallway, but he wasn't paying attention to her then. He needs help, needs Georgie's help, but he doesn't know it yet. When the two meet, it becomes one of Georgie's nightmares. Saving the bad boy? From what? He's not the one being bullied! He doesn't need saving from anything. He can do this himself! Unfortunately, Georgie's first impression is wrong. Breton needs her help. Badly. But Georgie needs his help too. Can these two work together? What happens when the 45 days are up? ~~ Thanks to DayDreamer48 for the cover art!! ~AwesomeMC ~~ Humor: #19 Romance: #22 Disclaimer: I do not own any of the TV shows, movies, books, actors, etc. mentioned in this book. ***The wrong girl is sometimes The Right One.*** Charlotte Samuels thought she'd be stuck waiting tables at Marlow's until all her debts are paid off-in about ten thousand years or so. She definitely didn't expect a marriage proposal from the arrogant Brandon Maxfield who was blackmailed by his father to make her his wife if he didn't want his least favorite cousin to run Maxfield Industries. Charlotte's instinct was to say HELL NO! but she's stumped by a few obstacles: 1.) His old man Martin Maxfield is dear to her heart and has been recently deteriorating in health. 2.) She gets a million dollars if she stays married to Brandon for a year. 3.) She would rather like the opportunity to teach the attractive but awfully rude man a few lessons he didn't think he needed from a 'teenage gold-digger' which was his term of endearment for her on their first date-er, business meeting. So what's a girl got to do, right? Sure, she's young and a little rough around the edges but there's something her would-be husband didn't know about her yet-she's nothing like he ever expected. Thrust into the glitzy world a standard-issue Mrs. Maxfield would fit perfectly and rule with impeccable social grace, Charlotte will either have to force herself into the mold or break free of it, risking what little she has left for everything that she can gain. *** Copyright © 2014 by Nina Tippett. When Anah Miller, agony aunt to the whole of Hastings Academy, replies to Clueless and Useless' e-mail about his unrequited love, little does she know that's she's opened Pandora's Box. A few days later, when she receives a text from an unknown number, she tries to ignore the boy at the other end, but day by day, he breaks through her defences. There's just one snag- he won't tell her who he is! Can the pretty, quiet and unassuming Anah let herself fall for the guy, without even knowing who he is? And can a relationship formed through messages really blossom? ~ To make You Have ONE New Message realistic, I'll be posting daily updates in 'real time'. The first one will be on the 5th of September 2014, with the second update on the 8th of September. After that, it'll be updated daily, right through until December 20th. And maybe, I'll even write a little something extra! (Some days will have a LOT of to-and-froing messaging wise, other days Anah and Mystery Man might be ignoring each other! Teenagers and their relationships these days!) Hope you like it, Sarah. xx ~

"Hey Elle," Gavin said in a low tone, wiping the counter clean. "I bet a month's worth of dirty dish duty that you can't turn Scrooge into Santa's head elf in three weeks." Noelle Winters loves Christmas. She loves catching snowflakes on her tongue on snow days, reading by the fireplace with a big cup of hot cocoa. Christmas displays in toy shops and department stores make her happy. She loves how families get together and celebrate during the most wonderful time of the year. Christmas has this jolly, comfortable, warm, cozy, feel to it that makes her want to bury herself in knitted sweaters, light Christmas scented candles and sing Christmas carols in the middle of town square. With the cheery atmosphere in Fairview, who wouldn't join in on the holiday festivities? Oliver Hastings. He hates Christmas. Loathes it. He hates how bright the lights are and how everything in town seems so whimsical and enchanted. It all makes him want to puke. He claims that celebrating the holidays are useless and a waste of his time. So what happens when Elle's boss hires Oliver to work at Gingersnaps? A nuclear explosion of candy canes and sugar plums, that's what. She knows that no one's supposed to be unhappy on Christmas. Not even the grumpy Christmas hater named Oliver. With the help of her best friend Carol, she writes a list of things to try and get Oliver in the spirit. She's determined to show him what he's missed out on so far like; "Go ice skating", "Have a snowball fight", and "Sing Christmas Carols". She has 22 days and she's up for the challenge. last tracked achievements: humor #18 [28/12/14] teen fic #69 [15/12/14]
