However, it didn't appear to be that strong at first and was viewed as quite weak causing him to be an outcast and bullied by his former-friend. But he didn't allow this to change him, he was pure-hearted and dead-set on becoming a hero that brings hope. Rumi Usagiyama was someone who never declined a challenge. She was passionate and courageous in anything she did. She had a basic quirk that didn't change much other than making her look like a rabbit and have slightly stronger legs. But she was committed to becoming a hero and trained relentlesly to increse her muscles and firepower. Through an event that became a daily thing for Midoriya these two meet.
