Phil, a punk, with snake bites in his lip, a person who doesn't give a shit at all was sent there for correctional purposes, the reason unknown. Dan automatically takes a disliking to Phil, knowing that he is trouble. Phil on the other hand knows that Dan is hiding some secrets behind his smart facade, some sexy secrets, and he plans to find out what they are.
