This is an AU story of Dr Asfandyar and Dr Zubiya set in San Francisco. It takes off when Zubiya moves to the US for higher studies after rejecting Asfand's proposal of marriage. The characters, plot and story are all property of Author Farhat Ishtiyaque and the fiction has no claim to any of her work except to express deep admiration for her creativity and characters.

Is that a repay now? 6:00 clocks rounds began. I've been preparing myself for this the whole day. Rounds started and we went to the first patient. I'm not nervous usually but this boss man standing beside me was making everything worse if not bad. *** I'm Dr. Zubiya, a resident. I left my home because no one can stand being called a prostitute. So yeah i left my homne and came to this beautiful place on Earth, a heaven on Earth indeed. No wait, it was Heaven until i met my new boss.
