Half-Breeds, the middle ground, born from the rare love of an Aurian and a Mystic, born with no magic, but connection to earth. I, Rowan Oaks, am an Aurian. I will never be able to create water from air, or open up a flower bud before it was meant to bloom. But I'm alright with that. Genuinely, magic seems like a wonderful gift. You want it, but you could live without it. However, there is one thing that I've always envied Half-Breeds and Mystics for. The connection to the earth that I mentioned earlier? It's pretty important. Because of that bond, people can reincarnate.
