Zakana Hayline despises Pokémon with every fiber of his being. He's never owned a Pokémon, never thrown a Pokeball, never even held a Pokedex. That may be normal for some children under the age of ten, who haven't embarked on their Pokémon quest yet, but Zakana isn't ten anymore. He's 18. Unlike his family, and everyone around him, he is quite content with ignoring everything his lush, beautiful world has to offer. And when he finishes his training as an astronaut, he'll be able to get away for good. When his mother, Audria, rushes home after her council meeting in Pallet Town and reports that Zakana's father, and cousin, Yumin Hayline, have been kidnapped, everything is turned upside-down. Zakana's older sister, Kirish, estranged from Zakana because of their very different views on Pokemon, is in the middle of a war herself on the lonely Orange Islands. Bambi, battling prodigy and Zakana's ten-year-old cousin, and Yumin's baby sister, is six months into her academic career at one of the most prodigious schools in the region, and is just as much Hayline as the rest of the them. Her and Yumin's parents-nowhere to be found. Being a prominent and powerful Pokémon trainer herself, Audria must leave home to search for her husband, nephew, and in-laws, and leave a sheltered, helpless, and stubborn Zakana alone for the first time. His family is way more important than he could have ever imagined. According to Audria, they are being targeted by a mysterious organization know as the Viterals. Lucky for him, they are not aware of his existence. Suddenly, his place in the world comes clear into focus. He must catch and request the help of the Pokémon he so hates in order to survive and to save the ones he loves. He must open his heart and forget everything that happened that day-that fateful day weeks before he was to begin his own Pokémon journey, the moment the greatest tragedy befell his life, and changed it and his family's from every day forward.

Rated R Includes the following: Bad language, violence, murder, blood, drugs, black market, gangs, etc. Since the very beginning, Serena and I were the best of friends and adored one another. We both would do anything for each other. A divorce between our parents tear us apart, having Serena leave to Kalos while I stayed behind to take care of our dad in Sinnoh Years later, I grew up in a bad environment during my teenage years, where I learned how to toughen up and become aggressive towards anyone. A simple death glare was enough to make anyone cower. The reason why I couldn't leave Sinnoh was a secret I didn't want to share with anyone, but when I stopped feeling Serena's aura, I knew something was wrong and had to head to Kalos, where I hoped to not only find my perhaps kidnapped sister, but find myself in the journey up ahead and hope I can at least be the normal person I wish I can be When arriving to Kalos, I wanted to hide my appearance as much as possible. There was a certain someone I couldn't hide anything from, from how easily he can read me... he's a mysterious character and a friend of Serena. Meeting him, there was something I felt in me that I normally never feel around anyone else. He's someone quite familiar, and the longer I get to know him, the more I can see how early obsessed he became towards me A/N: I'm sorry! I really suck at making descriptions! Monsters lurk in the corners of our minds. They prowl and snarl at any sense of happiness, ushering in a darkness with each step they take. These creatures take on many different forms to slowly tear us apart. Some tether us to our beds, refusing to let us walk under the beautiful sun. Some of them suffocate us in crowds, their claws tearing at our throats with a crowing laugh ringing in our ears. For Kate Hitomi, Hero of Almia, vanquisher of shadows, and bringer of light.. Her mind is nothing but darkness. Ever since she was young the monsters have manifested themselves as nightmares. However they are worse than they've ever been. Kate can't close her eyes without screams rising in her chest, her entire body trembling and laced in a cold sweat. It kills her friends to see her like this. But what can they do? Keith can only hold her as she cries. Rhythmi can only listen with their hands intertwined. The fight is no longer tangible, or as easy to capture a raging pokémon. For the war rages within Kate's mind. (Vatonageshipping, Shadows of Almia Fanfiction. Cover art was edited by me, but actual art was not drawn by me. Team Miasma is the new threat that looms over Unova many years after Team Plasma has been disbanded. Their reasoning for causing terror is unknown, but it's nothing the brave, Braviary Man, can't handle. Just don't talk to Sylvia about it. She's always found the idea of a superhero more troubling than ever. Instead of traveling around, Sylvia spends her days helping Nurse Joy heal Pokémon, but that will soon change the day she actually faces Team Miasma for the first time. Now, Sylvia must make a choice: stay with the life she knows or become an Unova superhero like Braviary Man to stop Team Miasma because they will stop at nothing until they've reached their goals. Disclaimer: I don't own Pokémon, just the idea and a few characters like Sylvia, Rudi, Rena, and the concept of Team Miasma. Rated PG 13 as some scenes may not settle well with younger viewers. Long ago, a species called Pokémon inhabited every corner of the earth, from the depths of the ocean to the atmosphere. They roamed the fields and swam in ponds. They rested in trees and flew overhead. They even thrived alongside humans, or so research says. The Pokémon then vanished without a trace. They left nothing behind except the technology that people had used to study them. Those machines now decorated museums all across the lone country named Inridia in order to immerse the population in the history of the world. The humans that lived during that same time period were also never seen or heard from again. Frost Statice -- son of a wealthy politician and student at one of Inridia's most prestigious academies -- was skeptic to believe the old stories. He thought they were nothing more than myths, for how could such a race have existed in such an ordinary universe? But when Frost encounters one of the creatures first hand, his perspective is forced to change. To uncover the truth behind the Pokémon's disappearance, he must dig deep into the history of Inridia itself. -------- ♔ 1st Place in the Adventure Category of the 2018 Pokémon Watty Awards ♔ Highest Ranking: #5 in Adventure, #5 in Action ♔ Best Protagonist, Most Deserving of a Sequel, and Pushing Boundaries in the 2018 Pokémon Watty Awards -------- ♔ Cover credit goes to the amazing @ImberLapis
