Ranked 23 in female main character -On Hiatus- Rue was hesitantly going to a new school with her big sister Eclair. By accident Rue discovered a twisted version of the school. Instead of students, inhuman killers roamed the halls. Still more came bent on turning her to a corpse to tear to shreds. Returning the school's power allowed her to return to her own school, but she could not escape the nightmarish school for long. The arrogant star student Opal, the witty and nerdy girl Socrates, and even Rue's own sister Eclair are all soon swept into it as well. This school of hard knocks and regicide will haunt them the whole semester, all they can do is try to discover what it is. If they can survive. The cover is a work in progress. A story set around the time of world war II with the bombing of Pearl Harbor. The story, while maintaing a few historical allusions (fictional and non-fictional), involves Sergeant Hughley and his relationdhip with the Madison sisters, Barbra and Alberta. It explores a plethorea of themes such as love, heartbreak, betrayal, and tragedy with an anonymous note appearing out of nowhere ever so often. It also delves into a number of subthemes, one of which is the friendship between sergeant Hughley and officer Logan.
