A young reporter travels to speak with a series of interviewees across the world in the year 2075, twenty years after the signing of the Female Control Act. Female Control Officer Derek Wyles is a rookie, new to the force with everything to prove. The New Republic is in its infancy, with thousands of women still living on the run, unaccounted for. In an effort to prove himself, Derek requests the job of hunting down and catching one of the most elusive females on the blacklist; Casie Love. Casie has been on the run since the Female Control Act was passed. After her sister was captured, she finds herself alone and in captivity, plotting her way back out into the world. Casie must keep her wits about her, working the system and its flaws to stay out of the compounds for as long as possible. She has no idea how determined the man chasing her is, nor how their shared past makes him the last man she would ever want to have on her tail...
