This is a sequel to 'How to live again' this will contain spoilers if you haven't read my first book. April is in Zurich trying to escape from everything, nobody knows we're she went. Jackson is left with his two kids all alone Liam and Blake. Meredith and Derek have their three kids Zola, Bailey and Ellis everything is perfect in their little bubble. Mark and Lexie have two kids but what happens when someone from Mark's past shows up? What happens to April? Amelia and Owen are happy dating but what if Christina comes back? Will Owens emotions change? Christina is shocked by the appearance of April, will they go back to Seattle together? Or will nobody know where they all end up?

Derek leaves Seattle with his first wife Addison, and while doing so also left behind Meredith with a baby that was unknown to him.
