in this story izuku has a quirk. It's called kiaoken. When he activates his quirk he doubles his strength. However, once he meets allmight limits are broken, and the shackles of is relatively week quirk are destroyed. (The reason he yells kiaoken will be revealed)

My first story Izuku Midoriya could have been born quirkless, but not here. Here he was born with a basic quirk, to be able to Rip and Tear anything he liked. He wanted to be a hero so he will Rip and Tear to achive his dream.

Abandoned in the woods when his quirk didn't come in time. Izuku struggled to survive on his own. Forgotten by many, Izuku did not give up and die like his mother wanted him to. Instead, he fought to live and then thrived when a quirk manifested. As time passed, rumors came up about a beast in the woods made of flesh and bone in different shapes. Many thought it was made up or children's imaginations gone awry. In truth, it was just a green bean hanging out in the woods and being spotted when he wandered.

Izuku hated his life. He hates school to how distant his mother is from him. Ever since that day, a year after getting told he was quirkless, it's been going downhill. What he hated the most was Katsuki Bakugo, but none of this will stop him from being a hero. Because what else is there for him? Maybe the unforgiving Gods will pity him and give him something. Long ago before humans would even use magic, elves were some of the first races that could use it but they did not get it by themselves. The origins of their magic once told of large winged beasts that ruled over the skies, land, and seas known as dragons. When the dragons found the elves they thought rather or not to teach them magic. However, over time, they deemed them worthy to learn magic as they taught a select few who were worthy in their eyes. When word spread about this, there was a single human who saw how powerful their magic was and sought out them in order to learn magic himself. When he found one, he demanded to be taught magic but was denied. Furious by this, he chose to fight the beast as proved to be a fatal mistake for him with the dragon eating him alive. However, he refused to die in the belly of the beast as he slashed his way out of the beast in order to kill it. After escaping the dragon's belly, he stood in victory as he ate some of the beast in order to fill his hunger. When he ate some of the dragon's flesh his body underwent dramatic changes resulting in him turning into one himself. Filled with rage and hunger, he seemed out the other dragons in order to kill and eat them. One day when the dragon landed near a river, it heard the cries of a baby off in the distance. Curious, it followed to where the cries were coming from as it found a baby in a basket. When it looked down at the small baby, the baby was very happy to see it despite the massive dragon looking down at him. Despite what happened in the past, the dragon decided to take the child under its wing and raised him as if it was its own. As such this will be a tale of the wizard who was raised by one of the most powerful dragons and who loved him with all its heart. The story of a new Magic knight with the Grimoire having the power of Dragon Creation Magic.
