At Mushroom Hospital many well known doctor's are there helping keep everyone well and healthy. Mario and Bowser the top doctor's often butt heads when it comes to curing a patient resulting in a nasty rivalry. However with all these doctor's, Luigi isn't one of them. as a janitor Luigi always finds himself hiding in his brother's shadow, but who know sometimes things change.

As Reg goes on with his everyday life, he notices one of his childhood friend that he hasn't seen or talked to for a while, after he forgot about him for a few years because of his newfound friends. Will they fix their friendship or just forget that their friendship ever existed. ‼This story has sexual scenes, language and light depressing themes‼
