Chiron decides to send 14 of our favorite demigods to Hogwarts on an extremely important mission, because: Camp Half-Blood is a mess. The power of prophecy is unavailable. The magical border is down. Camp is constantly being attacked, and demigods are dying left and right. Once again, the gods don't seem to care. New dangers are arising, and the camp seems doomed. Hogwarts is doing quite good.
