James grabbed Farid by the collar of his black, muddied shirt and shook him.
"What do you mean by it's a goddamn game, huh? The deaths, the dogs, this HELL, it's all just a game?" He spat.
His mind was spinning. He couldn't focus properly.
Whoever this guy was, he had to be kidding.
"I wish I was, but, really, I'm not," Farid deadpanned.
James stared into Farid's grey eyes and a horrible realization hit him.
It was true.
"No," James whimpered, letting go of Farid's collar. "It can't be."
Farid looked away.
"There's one more thing," Farid looked back at him.
"Whatever you do, do not die."
