Sara has always had a great life. Her parents always supported her and she became a Registered Nurse. Her life is perfect but then she gets called to work in the emergency room with fellow doctors and nurses at Chicago Med. All of a sudden her life is flipped upside down and things fall apart. With some help she can build herself back up again, but not without a little medical help.

First her Mom died. That made her flee from Chicago and go to Los Angeles. L.A. was nice to her for 3 years, but then she knew that her time there had expired. She's back in Chicago now, looking for help and a second chance in a place she left behind.

What starts out as a normal day for Erin Lindsay and her boyfriend Jay Halstead quickly turns into a nightmare when Erin gets shot.

The first dawsey book I wrote was written before the season 3 finale had aired. Now I want to write this new one. This is based straight after the season finale, with Gabby in Caseys apartment.
