Samuel Brandt woke up with his thoughts written all over his body. His brother woke up with his head missing. His sister woke up to find that her skin would crack open unless she stayed in water. All of the other children in the secluded Iowa town of Oak Knoll woke up having undergone strange transformations. Now, they are all forced to live at 407 West Marshall Street, the mysterious house outside of town. With the new name of The Boy with Words for Skin, Samuel wants nothing more than to hide from his new life. He painfully and unpredictably sheds his skin, there is a Voice in the entryway closet that is often cruel, and-perhaps worst of all for a naturally shy boy-the other children look to him as a leader. As his seven-year-old brother struggles with their new life, as terrifying growls start to come from the pitch black basement, and as his feelings for a girl begin to grow, The Boy with Words for Skin realizes that he wants to change. He wants to put others first, learn from his peers, and let himself hope that things will get better. The Boy with Words for Skin is the first book in the 407 West Marshall Street series. Each book will advance the story but be told from a different character. Book 2 will be The Girl without Eyes.

Compton changed everything. In Riverdale, I used to be able to walk outside at night without having to worry about anything happening to me. I could walk outside in broad daylight and wouldn't have to worry about drive-by's. I used to be able to come home and be able to rely on a homemade meal made by mother-and my father sitting on the couch with her. But now, everything's changed. My dad dipped out on me and my mom, my mom and I are struggling to make ends meet, and I'm in these streets. Never would I imagined that myself, Egypt, would be out on the streets selling drugs to support myself. But if it helps me support me and my mother, I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Now I have responsibilities that I would've never expected, and people depend on me more than ever before. © all rights reserved // livythecreator

Too , Ciao thickness is a blessing . Thickness is beautiful . To beautiful eyes couldn't tell the hands couldn't feel . She liked having meat on her bones . She often wondered who ever said you had to be skinny to feel comfortable or fit in ? She also wonder who said It was mandatory to lose weight ? Ciao worn her weight for over 17 years just fine . Her confidence was sky high . Too others she was fat . Ciao often told them "I'm not fat baby I'm just phat . Pretty hot and thick there's a difference." Then she'll turn and walk away with her head held high smiling from ear to ear. Alessia her sister . Was a tooth pick she got all the attention . It never made Ciao feel any kind of way to her , her sister was just another regular c-cup ; little booty ; long legs and almond eyes skinny . Did Alessia ever make fun of Ciao ? No not at all in fact she wanted the meat her sister had . She always told her older sister "beauty is only skin deep sis" Ciao agreed . Why should it matter how much she weighed ? How she don't feel the need to work out ? How people comments made her feel . She didn't pay them no mind , she was beautiful indeed skin deep . I guess people finally got the memo that thick girls was in fact in style cause the hottest guy at Mellow Pointe High School wanted her not only sexually , but mentally , physically & emotionally . Why should she get treated any different he would find hisself wondering . He had always had a crush on her even back in 7th grade in Mrs.Preg class but only he had let his football buddies cloud his precious little mind , until he finally realized he was going after the woman of his dreams , the love of his life . Size don't matter , appearance don't matter also people judgements damn sure don't . Just be true to yourself , be you and only you . Why try to be somebody you not or try to impress others . Y'all pretty thick and hot girls better get on this boat with Ciao just cause your beautiful and you know it !
