It should be raining. It should rain every day. But today the sun shone brightly down upon the cold grey stone. The black-clad man rested a calloused hand on the grave as tears fell from his cheeks. Bloodshot black eyes gazed upon the name with a heavy sorrow, his right eye framed by a scar he'd received months ago. Yes, Aizawa Shouta thought that it should rain every day. Because his sun was forever gone. He bit back a chocked sob. "Till tomorrow... Hizashi"

This couldn't be real. Hizashi knew this had to be a lie. There was no possible way... that Shouta was dead. But there was no denying that the far-too-still form before him was his husband. This had to be a nightmare. It just had to be.

I was watching episode 8 (where Izuku admits to Bakugo that his Quirk isn't really his), and I thought to myself, "What if Aizawa overheard that conversation?" So here we are. Just a little oneshot on his thoughts and reaction, but if you want more, I might consider it. ^^
