This is a book filled with poems, short stories, songs, and writings about the silent addiction that is self harm. Some are written by me, some are some I found on the Internet, and others are some that people sent.

These are just thoughts and poems for thoes people who ever think that they have lost everything and have nothing to look foward to. I write these all myself!

This book is things I wrote. Most are about self harm depression and suicide but some aren't.
