They were best friends as kids and now they didn't talk, and Lisa was content in forgetting about his existence which was easy since they didn't have the same friends. That was until he started dating her best friend, Nancy Wheeler. Trying to adapt to his unwelcome return into her life, as well as trying to stay out of whatever her brother Dustin and his friends were secretly up to was no easy feat, especially when literal monsters were thrown into the mix.
