Long time ago, there was a nightmare. A nightmare, that plagued dreams of even the bravest of heroes, that made men gasp in terror and women look around. And every year, this nightmare demanded a sacrifice. Life. And every year people gave it to that nightmare. For years and years they cried, begged, but still payed their debt. Until one time a hero rose up. Consumed by fury, he slayed the beast and saved the people. And they all lived happily ever after. Right? Wrong. Little did they know, the nightmare was still waiting for its prey. All it needed... Was a call. ----------------------------------- This story was inspired by one Russian movie. I won't write the name, because it contains a huge spoiler. Oh, and neither characters nor picture are mine. Cover art was made by sozokuma.

Everything happens during the episode 5 of the season 2. What if Jesse lost? What if the Admin won and, furious, kidnapped the hero? What if two friends got seperated, without a chance to get to each other? Will they give up, or will they fight? One thing for sure - they can't live without each other. Because they are more, than just friends. Because they are heroes. Because evil can't win. Can it? Neither characters nor picture are mine.
