This is just some poetry I have made, regarding how I feel on certain things in society, a lot on my emotions and feelings when I've been down and some are just random on the spot poems that I thought up

I've been a vampire for over a 1000 years. To say my upbringing was different is a massive understatement. Men wore monocles not glasses. Women wore corsets out of necessity and not to just look thinner and shirk their waist. And children did as they were told by their father. I was married. I had children. And then we were turned into vampires when my youngest was 17. I was alive in a whole new way. My desires for men changed profusely. It was heightened. My wife and I never devolved, what need to when we were both supposedly dead. My sons were off doing their own thing. We all stopped contact after 350 years or so. And yet, they all seem to land on my doorstep within one week nearly dead. All saying they were looking for me.

But now that her former boss and friend is dead the company will be taken over by James McGregor jr. the son of her boss. Elizabeth had never quite taken a liking to this man, but he however has taken an interest in her...

Who in their right mind would ask a teenager to write a 4000 word essay on the works of F. Scott Fitzgerald anyway? To me, English class was simply the fine art of over analyzing very old pieces of literature. It was usually pretty easy for me to string together some intricate sounding sentences about these old novels. My English teacher loved me for it, but for this particular essay, I was utterly incapable of replicating the excellence of my previous work. All I knew was that Nick Carraway was definitely gay for Gatsby. _________ When two high school boys find themselves being forced into partnership for a class project, things get interesting. With the references to the novel in my story, I am in no way trying to mock or make fun of the novel, because it is one of my favourite books. Also, the reality of Nick Carraway's homosexuality is arguable, I simply used this opinion for the sake of my story and its plot.

Shit. That's how Derrick's life was going after the accident. Hazy memories and scars he didn't need were splintering what was left of what he did remember. Derrick's tattoo shop seemed to get along just fine without him, his magic abilities were short circuiting and for the first time in his life, he wasn't sure who he was anymore. Not to mention some guy named Mike insisted that they were best friends before he lost his memory. As if he'd be friends with someone who breathed positivity. The only thing Derrick wants to focus on right now is recovery and finding himself. But life, also known as Mike, keeps getting in the way. Completed January 13, 2019.
