In 2002, the Brieham University Crows' softball team have plans to attend an international softball camp in Japan after a record breaking season with stats that are otherwise unheard of in midwest United States. However, their trip is cut short when their plane crashes in eastern Russia, leaving them stranded for 15 months in the wilderness.
