Tony Stark is convinced by his family friend Obadiah Stane to adopt a kid in order to improve the tarnished image of Stark Industries. The media always loves a soft, single dad, so it's perfect to get the PR they need. Pepper is enraged. Rhodey is disappointed. Happy is confused. All of this, Tony expected. What he doesn't expect is to bring home a kind-hearted, intelligent, four-year-old kid named Peter who slowly gets him to come out of his egocentric shell.

Even through he has lost almost everyone he loves and should hate humanity he still tried to do the right thing and stay positive, but some people start to think of him as more of a threat and a mistake then a hero. Even though Peter has saved a lot of people in this city, even the people who hate him, but what happens when one night out on patrol, The Avengers attack him, and seriously hurts him. What if this continues for weeks, getting attack and hurt by his idols, as they try to unmask Peter, until the vulture appears, and an accident happens involving the life's of innocent kids, and The Avengers are revealed the horrible secret. That Spider man is just a scared, and brave 15 year old kid. Peter Parker was an average teenager- well as average as life can get when you're a superhero orphan that goes by the name Spiderman. Everyday was the same wake up, go to school, get bullied, go on patrol, go back to the orphanage and go to sleep. Peter Parker aka Spider-man has lost everyone. His Parents, Aunt May, Uncle Ben, and Mary Jane. Peter is now homeless and running from Child Protective Services (CPS). He hardly has any money and also needs to be everyone's friendly neighborhood Spider-man. He is having trouble with homeless problems and more but when the famous Avengers find out about this boy his life changes drastically.
