I had always wanted to know what was behind those walls. I suppose the only people who knew what is truly there, are the ones sent outside the containment of the walls. But no one ever returns. To those staying inside, it’s the equivalent to being sentenced to death. It never matters how long you are meant to be there, or how long you want to be there. You’re going to die anyways. When I was 14, my twin brother, Jeremy was sentenced. It has been three years, and he still hasn't returned. We have all lost hope. We know there was no chance he was is ever coming back. However me being a 17 year old teenager… I acted out in rebellion. I hacked into the Governor’s computer, in hopes that I may discover the reason no one returns. Of course I was caught. And my punishment? The exact same as my twin. Now I can find what is truly behind those walls for myself.
