Bart Allen travels back to the past to stop a Reach Apocalypse. He meets a girl named Vampira with the power of psionics and other telepathic abilities. (She basically has the same powers as Scarlet Witch from the MCU lol). (This takes place in YJ Outsiders). A bit of a different plot for Vampira, the same plot for Bart except for the change in dialog. THIS STORY DOES NOT CONTAIN: •Smut (It makes me feel uncomfortable to write). •No gory details (I will only write that a person got stabbed or killed if they did). •No lemons. *I will most likely make a second story off of this one since Young Justice Outsiders is out.
