Over the course of a couple of school years, Keane finds himself tagging along on a rather wild adventure. However, the party comes to an end when Keane learns that Sirius Black has escaped Azkaban. Not only is Sirius responsible for the death of his father, but for the death of Harry's parents as well. Hogwarts is on high alert, an old friend of his father arrives to teach, dementors surround the castle on a daily basis, and Keane believes that Sirius is coming for him to finish what he started twelve years ago. And it's only his third year.
