𝓒𝓪𝓯é 천국 is classy and contemporary, a place where light, sophisticated refreshments are sold. But this café has more complex antiquity than meets the eye; it's also a place where seven demi-angels await the love of their lives - demi-angels born of an angel and a mortal. A curse adheres them to lead gaudy lives centered around that very café until they meet a dame who isn't just enthralled by their utter gorgeousness, a matron who loves them based solely on their individual temperaments. It's quite complicated enduring a life like this; if it were simple, they wouldn't still be here, thousands of years since the hex was cast. A mediocre story loaded with sheer heartbreak, overwhelming passion, and stereotypes. Enjoy.

Choi Areum is the imperfect girl with an impossibly perfect face. She describes "Beautiful" as much as it describes her. Boys drool at her feet, but they're all as pathetic and vulgar, all but Dae-Hwon, her childhood friend. He's kind, intelligent, sensitive, and unreasonably adorable. Areum has been close friends with Dae-Hwon since birth; they're like brothers, and yet, Areum cannot fight off her newfound attraction to him. Park Jinhwan, a transfer student, is cocky, arrogant, pretentious, and presumptuous but absolutely, undoubtedly gorgeous, yet no girl can touch him. He's definitely NOT Areum's type. But will that change once their worlds collide in an unexpected incident? AUTHOR'S NOTE: Updates are typically monthly and will contrast in size. Please don't judge me on my first story! At the age of fourteen, Brooke is beautiful, deceptive, cunning, and deadly. She is an expert archer, and aspires to join the Guard, a rebellious group trying to over throw their King and stop the war destroying their land. Her Aunt, however, has something else she wishes for her young niece- the life of a house wife. Unable to persuade her Aunt, Brooke does as she is told, and puts off her dreams, settling for reading of heroes instead. One, in particular, is her favorite: The Red Rider- a hero who was never seen, never caught, and never treated as a true hero. The story of the illusive Red Rider comes with a catch- he or she may still be alive. One day, Brooke's seemingly boring life turns upside down when a strange woman claims to know her Aunt. But when they confront each other, it's obvious there is bad blood, which is taken to the next level when Brooke's home is burned and her Aunt is no where to be found. All that remained of the place she once called home: A blood red cape- identical to the one in her stories. To free her Aunt, and find the mysterious woman, Brooke sets out on her own, putting her true skills to the test as she accidently gets caught in between the warring sides, and battles off hordes of men trying to capture her as well. Meanwhile, the stranger she had seen proves herself more than once to be a friend, while at the same time putting Brook in harms way like that of an enemy. When everything is finally revealed to Brooke, about herself, her Aunt, and the Red Rider, can Brooke come to terms about who she really is- and what she is to become?

I have absolutely no idea how I'm supposed to describe this so here it goes. I guess this is about a girl who had experienced really extreme bullying and harassment and how she ends up being scarred for the rest of her life because of it. 4/16/2019

. : Book One : . Melody is a member of one of the five tribes of animal shapeshifters who live beyond the human domain. These people have the ability to shapeshift into particular animals when they come of age in their tribe, attending something called the Ceremony. When given the chance to escape from her family, she jumps for it, spiraling into a world of mystery, danger, and unexpected surprises. But unknown to her, the spirits of the underworld have broken loose, and are tracking her every step. Why they want her, she has yet to know. But she will soon. Friends become enemies and families are reunited only to be broken apart. Whether she survives will be up to her companions as they race to right a world that has fallen drastically out of balance. * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * A haze darkened the edges of my vision and my knees buckled. This was too much, way too much. In half a day, my life had been turned upside down. Just as I was about to fall, the raven transformed into a boy and caught me. The bird had just turned into a boy. What the heck? What was an Avian doing on Lupine territory? * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * After much debate, I decided to discontinue this second book and series. I love the world and I built and the characters with all my heart but the writing is incredibly outdated and the plot progression is all over the place. I may reuse these characters in the future, but this series has come to an end. I'm sorry to the people who wished to see the story continue, but I hope you'll be able to join me on future fantastical journies once I have time to write more! * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * First Published: Dec. 20, 2018 Finished: Mar. 31, 2020 Finished Publishing: 5-23-2020
