Geno who has bin mute since birth,has always feared much like his parents that his soulmate will never find him due to his condition.it doesn't help that the words tattooed on his arm are the most common uttered to him "i'm sorry" years he's tried to find them each person he's tried to confront can never understand him..he's given up all hope in the search but what happens when he goes to the coffee shop next door and stumbles in to the one person who doesn't have a tattoo. After she had gone into hiding, she gave Geno a forest to take care as his own. Geno helps animals and keep the place happy and peaceful. Reaper, the God Of Death, also currently looks for Life herself. King Asgore requested all to look for her but nevertheless failed. Reaper is feared in the mortal realm as they call him 'Death' or 'The Grim Reaper' so he only comes when its their time. Reaper may be lazy but has no choice. One day their paths cross unexpectedly. Nightmare and Geno are two doctors that have been sent by King Asgore to help a small, remote town that is necessary to help build trade centers. Later they are joined by Lust and Dream, two merchants that are sent by the King to also assist the town. Ink, a famous artist, follows his friends to the town as well. Once they arrive at the town, they are greeted by two guards: Cross and Blue who have been assigned as body guards to the group. They are warned by the two guards repeatedly to not go into the forest that surrounds the small town. But, why? Why not go into the forest?

Geno had never been in the best of health. Hell, this monochrome world never helped either. He was always in hospital, hardly ever having the chance to be outside. One day, his heart rate had slowed. By the end of the day, his heart monitor flat lined. Figuring he was dead, all doctors, nurses and other staff exported him out of the hospital. Reaper, a Pathologist, was due to preform an Autopsy on the fallen. One day, while inspecting his newest patient, a little burst of colour could change his life, forever.
