I usually hate oversimplifications but in this situation I find the use of the word "complicated" an apt choice to describe my life. My mother and I have a flipped power dynamic, I have more meddlesome siblings than I know what to do with, and I'm raising my daughter alone after... well, after a series of unfortunate events.
