I'm currently rewriting this story because I started it two years ago and my writing is way better now. So if your reading one part and the next part is different that's why. Colby has been locked away in a asylum for 8 years, he finally manages to escape the place on is 19th birthday. He manages to find a place to stay but trouble keeps finding him. "I turned around and slowly started to back up towards the door. As soon as I got there I quickly opened and closed the door. As soon as the door shut I slid down it finally releasing the breath I didn't realize I had been holding. "Where's the light" I stumbled around in the dark for a minute before I found the flash light that had been hung by the door for 8 years. "Please work". I pressed the button to turn it on only to my surprise that it sorta worked. It flickered for a moment then shut off. "Fuck" I said to myself.
