It's not long after JD's death, not even half way through senior year, when Veronica decides it is time to move on. She misses JD still, and holds onto the the memory of his passionate kisses and his cut cheek bones, but in her heart she knows that he could feel nothing but anguish in his heart, and prays perhaps he were now in a better place, if such exists. She has things to focus on, people to share her still recovering heart with, and a new high school ready for exploring. Although she is moving past JD, she thinks it never possible to love, yes love, again. If only she knew.
